What is Felting?
Felting is the process of turning loose wool fibers into solid, dense fabric or shapes without weaving or knitting. It works because wool fibers have tiny scales that lock together when exposed to heat, moisture, and pressure. You can create anything from warm blankets to adorable decorations.
While visiting Karalyn in San Diego, she always served her meals with a Koozie. Felting is cool, actually it keeps your food warm!
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When knitting SHORT ROWS you require lots of weight. Otherwise the fabric bulges and the stitches can easily pop off or drop.
WEIGHTS are vital! Move them UP every few rows
